The story of Sidor Refuge began long before we laid the first foundation stone. It started with grandfather, who knew every single channel of the Delta like the back of his hand, and with the tranquility of misty mornings on the Danube.
At Mila 23, you are not just a tourist. Here, time flows to the rhythm of the water. We didn't want to build a hotel, but to open a home – a place where tradition blends with modern comfort.

How to get to Sidor Refuge?
Mila 23 is an oasis accessible only by water. Don't worry, we take care of your transfer from Tulcea.

Arrival in Tulcea
Leave your car in the secured parking at Port Tulco (or Casa Sindicatelor). We will send you the exact location on WhatsApp after booking.
Boat Transfer
We pick you up with our fast (covered) boats. The journey takes approx. 45-60 minutes and is your first Delta excursion.
Welcome Home!
We dock right at the guest house pontoon. A shot of <i>țuică</i> and your room key are waiting for you. Vacation has begun!
